In a recent meeting, Marhen Lithium CEO Bradley Pielsticker met with the governor of Catamarca, Raúl Jalil, to present the latest advancements in the exploration studies and work the company is conducting in the Río Grande areas of Antofalla and Antofagasta de la Sierra. During the meeting, Bradley Pielsticker provided a detailed report on the ongoing exploration activities, highlighting the progress made in the region. It was also announced that the first results from the exploration efforts are expected to be available in early 2025. Based on these developments, Marhen Lithium plans to apply for the RIGI (Regime for Incentivizing Large Investments), a program designed to promote investment in the mining sector of Catamarca, in order to continue advancing the lithium carbonate project and further strengthen its presence in the region. Marhen Lithium remains committed to the sustainable growth of Catamarca’s mining sector, working alongside local authorities to maximize the province’s potential in lithium production, a key resource for the global energy future.
